Ranked Duels

The main event

About five minutes, one opponent, a dozen or so questions. Every answer comes with a short fact, so you walk away a little smarter, win or lose.

    Ban categories

    Ten categories on the board, each player bans a few. Every match has a different mix.

    Answer fast

    Four options, one right answer. The quicker you lock it in, the more it's worth.

    Build a streak

    Keep answering correctly and your points start multiplying.

    Finish strong

    The final question counts double, so nobody is out of it until the end.

Good questions

When does Blitzly launch?

We're building it right now. Follow along on TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram to see progress and be the first to know when it's live.

Is it free to play?

Yes. Blitzly is free and supported by an occasional ad between games, never during a match. Later there will be optional cosmetics and an ad-free premium plan, but nothing you can buy will ever help you answer a question.

Where can I play?

In your browser, on desktop or phone. Apps for iOS and Android are planned for later.

How does ranking work?

Win duels to raise your rating and climb through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Master. The top 1,000 players hold Grandmaster.

Where do the questions come from?

Every question is checked by hand before it goes live, and each one comes with a short explanation, so you learn something whether you get it right or not.

Do I need an account?

You'll pick a username when Blitzly launches. There's nothing to sign up for yet.
